When you use our application
None of your app configuration or files or data are sent to any server owned by or controlled by QM4 Designs Inc.
If you have opted to send diagnostics information about the app to Apple by enabling the Settings/Privacy/Diagnostics & Usage “Automatically Send” option, anonymous aggregated usage counters and diagnostic information is available to us. No personal information is included.
In App Purchase
The App requires an In App Purchase of a Subscription in order to function. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. For free trials, the first payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the end of the free trial period. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, there will be no charge.
When you contact us for support
You may email us. We keep your emails and our responses in our support email system for these purposes:-
- Continuing our conversation with you when you request additional support.
- Contacting you to let you know about fixes or new features that you have requested.
We will not sell or pass on your details to any other company.
